NSC Arena Revitalization UpdateThe Bert Hall Arena re-opened on Saturday, October 25, 2025, restoring operations to both ice surfaces at the Nick Smith Centre. Our primary goal throughout this project was to ensure our users groups would return to on-ice activities as soon as possible.Nov 15, 2025
Park Amenities Close for the SeasonStarting this week through the end of the month, park amenities will be closing as staff commence seasonal maintenance in preparation for cooler temperatures and the winter months ahead.
- Washrooms at Robert Simpson Park and the McLean Park Ball Diamonds are now closed for the season.

New Skateboard Park Sponsorship OpportunitiesAn exciting new project is already underway for 2026 and you can be part of the excitement! A new skate park is coming to Arnprior next year and we've put together a variety of ways that individuals, families, community organizations and businesses can leave their mark on this project and support our skating community. With the support of the Arnprior Skateboard Association (ASA), who have helped harness the love for skating in Arnprior, everyone is excited for Arnprior's newest park in 2026.

Remembrance Day – November 11th, 2025In recognition of Remembrance Day, the public is invited to join the Royal Canadian Legion Branch No. 174 at the Cenotaph located in front of Arnprior and District Memorial Hospital (350 John Street North, Arnprior, ON K7S 2P6) at 10:45 AM on Tuesday, November 11th, 2025 for the Remembrance Day Ceremony.

Become a Lifeguard/Instructor for FreeThe Town of Arnprior has been awarded a grant from the Canadian Parks and Recreation Association. This opportunity is available to swimmers aged 15-30, and we can accommodate up to 10 participants.
