Update December 5, 2025 7:00 pm: The watermain on Havey Street has now been repaired and water service has been restored to all properties.  Residents within the immediately effected area are advised to run their cold water tap for at least two minutes or until the water runs clear to remove any air from their service lateral.

The Town has been notified that residents have received calls from someone claiming to be collecting funds for the Fire Department. The Fire Department is not currently running any fundraising campaigns.

The Bert Hall Arena re-opened on Saturday, October 25, 2025, restoring operations to both ice surfaces at the Nick Smith Centre. Our primary goal throughout this project was to ensure our users groups would return to on-ice activities as soon as possible.

Bert Hall Arena has re-opened following a 7-month revitalization project. We are excited to welcome the public back inside both arenas, however work will continue in some areas through the month of November to complete this project in full.
