This program is specifically designed for individuals experiencing limited mobility due to conditions such as arthritis, fibromyalgia, obesity, joint replacement, flexibility impairment, and other physical limitations. Excel Waterfit is an excellent option for pre- and post-surgical rehabilitation, stroke recovery, and managing various medical conditions. By leveraging the natural support and resistance of water, this gentle, non-impact program aims to enhance your fitness level. Participants will benefit from improved core stability, coordination, muscular strength, balance, and mobility, all while fostering a greater sense of personal well-being.

No running shoes required! Aqua-jogging is not only a well-regarded rehabilitation exercise for injured athletes but also a highly effective aquatic workout on its own. This program offers a fantastic way to enhance cardiovascular capacity, muscle tone, and range of motion while minimizing joint stress typically associated with traditional land running. Ideal for those looking to advance from our Excel Waterfit program, aqua-jogging provides a challenging yet low-impact fitness option. Participants must be comfortable in the deep end of the pool and will use a flotation belt for support.

Take your water workout to the next level with this high-energy, full-body conditioning class! Using the natural resistance of the water, you'll move through a variety of dynamic exercises designed to challenge your strength, cardiovascular fitness, endurance, and muscle tone.
