Dog Park Grand Opening 
The Arnprior Off-Leash Dog Park officially opens Friday afternoon and we want you there to celebrate with us. Join us for a ribbon cutting and goodies for our 4 legged friends from local businesses.
Where: Arnprior Off-Leash Dog Park | 153 McLean Avenue
When: Friday, August 28 at 4pm
This new space provides local pups with a safe, welcoming place to run, play, and socialize while their owners connect with fellow dog lovers in the community.
Location: 153 McLean Ave.
Hours: 7:00 am to Dusk

All persons using this leash-free area use this area at their own risk. The Town of Arnprior and the Town’s provider for animal control enforcement are not responsible for and accept no liability for any injuries, loss, or damage claimed or suffered by any person or animal related to the access and use of this area, howsoever caused. This is a designated off-leash area.

  • Use of this park is at your own risk
  • The Town of Arnprior is not responsible for injuries to people or dogs
  • The park may be temporarily closed for maintenance or safety

Hours: 7:00 am to Dusk

Dog Requirements

  • Dogs must be licensed and vaccinated
  • No dogs under 4 months old
  • No female dogs in heat
  • Sick or aggressive dogs are not permitted

Owner/Handler Requirements

You must:

  • Supervise your dog at all times
  • Maintain control of your dog
  • Carry a leash at all times
  • Maximum 2 dogs per person
  • Clean up after your dog immediately
  • No aggressive behaviour
  • No digging or damage to park feature
  • No food or glass containers
  • No smoking or vaping
  • Children must be supervised and should not run, chase, or disturb dogs
