Everyone Outdoors Together Day - July 18, 2026

Residents of Arnprior, step outside! No, we’re not challenging you to a fight, rather encouraging you to be part of a Canada-wide initiative to step outside and experience the outdoors together – with your partner, your family, your friends, your neighbour, your community, with your fellow Canadians. This is a new tradition led by the Canadian Parks and Recreation Association (CPRA) helping remind us that our best moments happen when we’re present, outdoors and together.

Our community is fortunate to be the Town where the rivers meet with beautiful park spaces, beaches and trails along the waterfront. From ball diamonds, basketball courts and our beautiful new skate park to a refreshing splash pad, play grounds and swings. From our historic downtown to the Grove, the MacNamara Trail or the Algonquin Trail we have numerous outstanding places to enjoy outdoor life in our community.

The Town of Arnprior wants to do its part. Between 6 and 9 p.m. this Saturday, July 18, we want you to share a photo or a story of how you’re enjoying time outdoors in Arnprior for a chance to win a Free Daily Family Swim Pass or a Free Standup Paddle Board/ Kayak Rental.
