I am truly saddened at the news of the untimely passing of my friend and community champion, Glenn Arthur, former Director of Recreation for the Town of Arnprior. On behalf of Council, staff and our entire municipality, I extend my deepest condolences to the Arthur Family and to his community of friends. Flags will be lowered to half-mast at Town Facilities Tuesday morning to honour the life of Glenn.
