Town Hall Closed March 7 from 11am-1pm

Please be advised, Town Hall will be closed today (March 7) from 11 am - 1 pm. Additionally, the Nick Smith Centre's aquatics and arena programs are cancelled at this time as well. We apologize for the inconvenience, staff will still be available by email.

Former Councillor Ted Strike Appointed to Fill Vacant Council Seat

Arnprior, ON – At a special Meeting of Council held on March 4th, 2025, Council declared a council seat as vacant following the resignation of Councillor Billy Denault, recently elected as MPP for the riding of Renfrew-Nippissing-Pembroke. Council discussed the options for filing the vacant seat and following a motion to fill by direct appointment by Council, appointed former councillor Ted Strike to the position.
