Landfill Closed on February 4th, 2023

The Arnprior Landfill will be closed today (Saturday, February 4th, 2023) and it is expected to reopen on Monday, February 6th, 2023 at 9:00 AM.

Outdoor Rink Update - February 2nd, 2023

Outdoor Rinks at the Sullivan Rink of Dreams (Legion Park) and Sergeant Howard Slate Park (Village Creek) are open. Work on the outdoor rink at Caruso Park is underway. Thanks to the Fire Department and Recreation Staff for their continued efforts on these spaces.

With milder temperatures set to arrive on Sunday through Tuesday, please watch for updates on the status of all rinks.

Please remember to share the rink space with all users to ensure everyone can have a safe and enjoyable time.

Outdoor Rink Update - January 31st, 2023

The Arnprior Fire Department will be flooding the outdoor rinks at Sergeant Howard Slater Park (Village Creek) and the Sullivan Rink of Dreams (Legion Park) beginning at 8:30pm this evening. Both rinks will be closed effective 8:30pm and are expected to re-open by Wednesday morning at 8:00am. We ask the public to remain off the ice surfaces during this period of time.

Work on the outdoor rink at Caruso Street Park will commence later this week. 

Arnprior Resident Wins Renfrew County Warden’s Community Service Award

The Mayor, Council and Staff of the Town of Arnprior wish to congratulate Darrel O’Shaughnessy, the Mayor’s nomination for the 2022 Renfrew County Warden’s Community Service Award.
