Whereas Seniors Month is an annual province-wide celebration to recognize the considerate contributions that seniors have made to the life and vibrancy of our community; and,

Whereas seniors continue to serve as leaders, mentors, volunteers and important and active members of this community; and,

Whereas their contributions past and present warrant appreciation and recognition and their stories deserve to be told; and,

Notice: Reduced Water Pressure

A hydrant was damaged in an early morning accident on Vanjumar rd. Some residents may be experiencing reduced water pressure. Town crews have undertaken emergency repairs and water testing. There is No risk to the Town's drinking water and No need to boil water.

Parks Update - May 2024

Public Washroom Update

-        Public Washrooms at Robert Simpson Park will open this weekend (May 4) and will be open daily from 7am-9pm.

-        Public Washrooms at the McLean Avenue Park (Ball Diamonds) are now open and will be open daily from 7am-9pm.

-        Porta-potties at the marina will open as part of the marina opening later this month.
