Due to the weather, all swimming lessons scheduled for this evening, Thursday, January 15, are cancelled. The Nick Smith Centre remains open.
The Optimist Club events including the free swim at 7:30 PM are currently still running. Please monitor the Optimist Club of Arnprior's Facebook Page for any changes or cancellations.

Section 3 recycling collection from Wednesday, December 31st was delayed and collected today. If your recycling has not been collected please contact either Miller Waste by telephone at 1-855-752-3257 or by email at area3@millerwaste.ca or wastemgt@arnprior.ca . A reminder that the recycling Blue Box program is now managed by Miller Waste Systems. This change in service is occurring as Ontario fully transitions recycling to a producer responsibility system. Update 8:45 on: The watermain on Third Ave at Laird St has now been repaired and water service is being restored to effected properties. Residents within the immediately effected area are advised to run their cold water tap for at least two minutes or until the water runs clear to remove any air and/or discoloured water from their service lateral. Thank you for your patience as we worked to restore service.

Notice of Cemetery Maintenance: Monument restoration work is being completed by the Town at the Albert Street Cemetery. During this time, residents and visitors may notice monuments temporarily removed from their foundations and placed on the ground adjacent to their location. This will allow for staff to complete the necessary work on the foundations prior to restoring the monument to its original location.
