In The Matter of Section 45, of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990; and

Take notice that the minor variance application will be heard by the Committee of Adjustment for the Town of Arnprior on Wednesday, April 30th, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers at Town Hall, 105 Elgin Street West, Arnprior, ON.

Watch Out! Pothole Season is Back!

It’s that time of the year when the Town of Arnprior streets are prone to developing potholes.

As spring continues its freeze-and-thaw cycle, potholes will begin to develop on streets across the Town at a quicker rate than normal. This creates driving challenges and can become an irritant and eyesore for motorists.

Here is what you need to know about potholes and how the Town addresses them.

Service Disruption - Pool

Please be advised of the following service disruptions for the pool on Tuesday, April 1, 2025:

- Aqua Fitness Class at 9:00 am is cancelled
- The pool will be closing at 5:00 pm

Regular hours will resume on Wednesday, April 2.

Watershed Conditions Statement - Water Safety Pembroke District - March 28, 2025

The Ministry of Natural Resources – Pembroke District is advising area residents that a Watershed Conditions Statement - Water Safety is in effect throughout the district until Friday, April 04, 2025.

Residents in Renfrew County / Pembroke District should consider the following:
Recent warm weather has resulted in the melting of the snowpack and lake ice. This combined with forecasted precipitation and continued warm temperatures, will likely result in an increase to water levels on lakes and rivers.
