Council has adopted a new Traffic and Parking By-Law that includes changes to the winter parking restrictions. This new by-law will come into effect tonight at 12 am.
Winter parking restrictions prohibit parking on all streets and municipal parking lots from November 15th to March 31st between the hours of 12:00 am (midnight) and 7:00 am.
