The Council of the Corporation of the Town of Arnprior intends to consider a by-law to adopt a proposed new Development Charges By-Law for the municipality. Pursuant to Section 12 of the Development Charges Act, 1997, S.O. 1997, c. 27, a public meeting will be included on the February 13, 2023 Council agenda for any person to provide verbal or written comments regarding the proposed by-law.
