Public Notice: 2026 User Fees and Charges By-Law

Take Notice that pursuant to Section 391 of the Municipal Act, S.O. 2001, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Arnprior intends to consider a by-law to adopt a proposed new User Fee and Charges By-Law for services provided by the municipality.

The staff report to explain the proposed by-law will be included on the January 26^th, 2026 Council Agenda beginning at 6:30 PM, with the by-law being considered by Council at their Regular Meeting of February 9^th, 2026 beginning at 6:30 PM.

Any person may make verbal or written comments regarding the proposed amendments to the User Fees and Charges By-Law. Comments regarding the proposed by-law will be received by the Town Clerk until Monday, February 3^rd, 2026 at 4:00 PM by telephone at (613) 623-4231 ext. 1818, by email at clerks@arnprior.ca, or by mail at Town Hall (105 Elgin Street West, Arnprior, ON K7S 0A8).

A copy of the proposed User Fees and Charges By-Law will be available on January 22nd, 2026 for review online at www.arnprior.ca/meetings or at the municipal office during regular business hours.
