The Ontario Senior Achievement Awards recognize people who have made outstanding contributions to their communities through voluntary or professional activities after the age of 65.

On behalf of Council and staff of the Town of Arnprior, I wish to express our sincere condolences to the family and friends of Jeanette Grant. Jeanette, who passed away earlier this week, was a long-standing member of the Library Board. She was also awarded the Town’s Volunteer of the Year award in 2018 in acknowledgment of the valuable volunteer work she did for our community. We are grateful for her dedication to the Town and its residents.
