All fees identified are effective as of February 12th, 2024.
Fees are required at the time the application is submitted. Fees cover some of the work undertaken by planning, operations, building, and public works staff in their review of your application. In addition to the application fee, there may also be costs for peer review, legal and engineering. The Town requires a deposit for these reviews and the actual costs are charged to the applicant.
