ballgame.jpg (83283 bytes) There are three ball diamonds along McLean Avenue...or take a hike along the Macnamara Nature Trail in the Nopiming Game Sanctuary complete with  boardwalks and an observation tower. Discover our history at the Arnprior & District Museum.  Housed in the landmark Gillies Building, the museum is open Monday through Saturday noon - 5pm in the summer and by appointment throughout the remainder of the year.

The area's rich heritage is preserved through the Arnprior & McNab/Braeside Archives located in the lower level of the Library.

The Arnprior Public Library offers an extensive selection of materials with free membership to residents of Arnprior, McNab-Braeside and Lanark Highlands. There is a wide range of children's programming throughout the year and free internet access for residents and visitors alike.  The library is open Monday - Thursday noon - 8pm | Friday 9am - 5pm  |  Saturday 10am - 5pm                      623-2279

  Leisure and entertainment activities range from taking in a movie at the historic O'Brien Theatre to watching the Mile High Jumping Club perform on Wednesdays, Fridays and weekends all summer long at the Arnprior Airport.
