Registration Information
The Arnprior Parks & Recreation department co-ordinates a number of recreational and instructional programs that require registration before participating.  Registration application forms may be downloaded and brought to the Nick Smith Centre  in person between 8:30am and 9:00 pm during the registration periods.  Call in registrations can only be accepted from those who have an annual Master Membership.
Registrations are processed as they are received.  For customer convenience, application forms may be dropped off one day before registration commences, but they will be processed in random order and not until the first day of registration.  We make every effort to accommodate all registration requests, but we do suggest that you register early in order to avoid disappointment.
In the event that you need to cancel your program registration, a credit voucher will be issued for the outstanding amount.  The credit voucher can be redeemed at any time toward registration in other programs offered by the Arnprior Department of parks and recreation.  Cash refunds will be issued only if you are unable to attend the program due to medical reasons, which must be outlined in writing.  A $5.00 processing charge will apply.  If the registration numbers are insufficient and we cancel a program, a full cash refund will be issued.  Credit vouchers and refunds will not be issued after a program is half complete.
Arnprior Parks and Recreation reserves the right to cancel classes or to change schedules should insufficient registration be obtained.
