| Taxes |
Tax Bills are sent out twice a year. There are
two instalments on each billing. The first billing is sent out the first week of February
and includes the May instalment, the final billing is sent out the first
week of August and includes the November instalment. Due dates are the last working day of
February, May, August & November. |

Metered. Bills are sent out 4 times per year
January, April, July, and October. Meters are read with the exception of the January bill
which is an estimated billing.

Note |
All water and tax bills
are payable at the Municipal Office during regular office hours
8:30am - 4:30pm Monday to Friday. There is also a payment
drop box outside of the Municipal Building where cheques can be
dropped off or payments are also accepted at any bank in
Arnprior, online banking and tele-banking is also available at
most banks located in Arnprior. For further information,

| Garbage Collection |
Garbage
collection is on Wednesdays Extra tags for garbage bags can be purchased
for $3.00 each at the Municipal offices,
Arnprior
Public Library and the Nick Smith
Centre. |
| Landfill Site |
Landfill passes may be purchased
at the Town Hall during regular office hours or
at the Nick Smith Centre.
Fees are based on the size of vehicle used to haul
the material to the site. Please
present identification verifying your name and address when
picking up your voucher. For further information contact the Municipal
Offices at 623-4231.
One free
voucher per household annually can be obtained by the
property owner at the Municipal Offices or the office at the
Nick Smith Centre during regular office hours. This
voucher is valid for one load of refuse up to one half ton
capacity (excluding tires, items with refrigerants and hazardous
waste) and expires on the 31st day of December each
year. |

Recycling |
A blue box can be picked up at the Municipal
Office, the first two boxes are free for new residents, if you require an additional box they can be
purchased at the Municipal Office for $7.50 each. Recycling pickup is
bi-weekly. Cardboard can be brought to the landfill
site and placed in a disposal bin free of charge. |
| Composting |
Composters may be
picked up by residents of Arnprior at the municipal
offices for a fee of $30.00 |
